1. Hogtown Swing Dance Studio will not share your emails with anyone.

2. No refunds, make up classes or class credits will be honoured for missed session unless otherwise discussed with your instructors and/or certain circumstances (doctors note, etc.).

3. Hogtown Swing Dance Studio has the right to terminate any student

4. Hogtown Swing Dance Studio is not liable to for any injuries that may occur during class sessions.

5. All monies designated for classes/privates are non refundable. Credit may be applied if need be.

6. All gift certificates, passes, private lesson packages, expire in 6 months of date purchased.

7.Hogtownswing has the authority to cancel class due to act of nature. Classes or credits will be honoured.
