1. Hogtown Swing Dance Studio and its affiliations will not share your email address with anyone.

2. No refunds, make up classes or class credits will be honoured for missed classes within one session.

3. A minimum 24hr notice must be given for any cancellation of a private lesson or group private otherwise a fee of 50% of the lesson will be charged.

4 . Hogtown Swing Dance Studio has the right to terminate any student without refund or reimbursement.

5. Hogtown Swing Dance Studio is not liable to for any injuries that may occur during class sessions.

6. All monies designated for classes/privates are non refundable. Credit may be applied if need be.

7. All gift certificates, passes, private lesson packages, expire in 6 months of date purchased.

8.Hogtownswing has the authority to cancel class due to act of nature. Classes or credits will be honoured.
